Most coaching programs feature the following:
Six to 12 months in duration, with option to continue
Launch meeting in-person to begin the engagement. Coach will travel to your location of choice for coaching conversation and program start.
Unlimited coaching calls for one-hour throughout the engagement (typically 2-3 calls per month)
Unlimited tactical support by email or text message throughout the engagement.
Self-reflection exercises to deepen self-awareness.
Experience-based practices to spark fresh observations and insights.
Wrap meeting in-person to conclude the engagement. Coach will travel to your location of choice for coaching conversation and celebration of outcomes achieved.
Many programs include these additional features to help you take flight faster and soar farther.
Shared-experiences where coach travels and participates alongside you to navigate or deepen a practice or event experience.
Private third-party expert consultations on specific topics of interest where discretion or availability is important.
